BDP International A fast growing International Freight Forwarding is looking for highly qualified candidate for the position :

1. MEDAN BRANCH MANAGER

• Primary Role : Directing and Controlling the company's overall activities to ensure profitabilty and maximize the return on capital in relation to the company's short and long term objectives

2. Sales & Marketing

• Increase market share to achieve profitable growth
• Develop and maintain customers relations and provide services better suitable to their needs

3. Operations

• Assist Country Manager to ensure operational activities run efficiently and effectively
• Provide direction / guidance to direct subordinates on operational solutions

4. Financial

• Ensure all financial aspects of the branch office are healthy and fully under compliance

Competencies :

• Bachelor's degree, Possess at least 10 years experience, 3 years in a senior managerial role
• Knowledgeable about the freight forwarding and or logistics operations.
• Home based in Medan
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, Dynamic and Eagerto meet business challenges
• Fluent in oral and written English, Hokkian / Mandarin is an advantage
