JOB POSITION:

1. QC MANAGER & MANAGER REPRESENTATIVE
2. LOGISTIC MANAGER
3. HR MANAGER
4. INSTRUMENT / UTILITY SUPERVISOR
5. SENIOR HRGA OFFICER


Requirements :

• Male (1.2.3.4) / Female (1.2.3.5)
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Pharmacy (1), in any majore (2,5), In Law Psychology (3) and Electrical / Electronica (4)
• Speak English oral & written is a must (1,2,3,4,5)
• Experience minimum 10 years (1,2,3), 2-5 years (4), 5-7 years (5) with the same position.
• Able to Lead and Manage Quality Assurance as well Internal Auditor (1)
• Having knowledge of Export & Import Regulation (2)
• Deep understanding in General HR (Recruitment, OD, PD, IR) (3)
• Familiar with Audit both Internal and External (1)
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 and Halal Assurance, System HAS 23000 (1,2,3,5)
• Having good communication and interpersonal skills (1,2,3,4,5)
• Having effective communication, negotiation skill and strong leadership (1,2,3.4,5)
• Familiar with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) (1.2,3.4.5)
• Good knowledge in handling Expatriate Document and handling Legal Document (5)
• Must understand of technical knowledge of Machines, Utilities, Chiller unit and Refrigerator/AC (Air Compressor), specially in Soap/Packaging/Paper Industry (4)
• Having knowledge of Warehouse activities as well Inventory Management and in Shipping, Purchasing, Planning & Sales
• Having knowledge in Organization & People Development, Document control ISO and General Worker arrangement (CS, Driver, Gardener) (5)
• Having Knowledge of PLC/SCADA is desirable (4)
• SAP is added advantage (1.2,3,4)
• Familiar with TNA, ITN, ETN as well arrangement the training program (5)
• Team player & able to work along cross functional teams (1,2,3,4,5)
• Able to operate computer especially office program (1,2,3,4,5)
